As a former weight loss Consultant with over 6 years’ experience working within the weight loss industry, I know the benefits to our overall health and wellbeing as we lose weight.

After losing 2 stone in weight and maintaining my goal for over 6 years, this has given me the confidence and a new healthier way of life with more energy. 

My journey began in June 2012 and reached my target in the December 2012, with a weight loss of 1st 9 1/2lb and this gave me the confidence to pursue a career in the weight loss industry.

I then went on to achieve my 2 stone award and I have been in my target weight ever since.

Losing weight has given me my confidence back, shopping for clothes is a delight, as I now can buy 10/12 sizes. I was previously a size 16.

What I offer

I know from experience not everyone likes to attend a weight loss group for numerous reasons, so this is where I can offer you a one to one personal weight loss, wellbeing and fitness solutions within your own home or a suitable alternative venue, on a weekly or fortnightly basis. Loads of support given throughout the week, by phone/text/email, at a time suitable for you.

Losing weight helps to reduce blood pressure, relieve pressure from all over the body, helps tackle type 2 diabetes and protects from certain cancers and boosts your overall well beings.

Inspiring and motivating tips and ideas.

New ways of thinking about food and exercise, including a trip to the supermarket (if required) to look at healthier shopping habits and ideas.

Ongoing support and progress review.

Sustainable weight loss.

Each session lasts for 1 hour.

The first session is face to face and subsequent sessions can be discussed for the optimum way forward.
